Travel Info Has anyone been to Hungary for a holiday? Travel Tips I was raised there. I've been there for holiday too seeing as how I live in NYC now, and all three times have been fantastic. If you're a tourist stay wary of tourist traps as in all major cities. RESPECT the culture and definitely try to pick up on some of the langauge. The architecture is great, and scenery, and bla bla bla. The best are the parties though. They are poppin'!! If you are a westerner and have that dough, the ladies will be on your nuts. Great place. Great Time. Always great climax...haha Others I've been twice Yes, about 10 years ago. Great place, friendly people, diverse scenery. Budapest is a must, obviously. A trip to the Puszta (the great plains) is a must as well. Yes. I've been to Budapest. It is a cool city, but not as cool as Prague. Budapest has great architecture and a nice climate. The Budapesters are into swimming so there are a lot of indoor baths, some of them very ornate. no! and judging by the answers or lack of them neither have a lot more people either Just good back from Budapest and Balaton Lake 2 weeks ago. Nice place, romatische and very relax .... for single guy - be careful with girl tourist trap. very danger. make sure you won't alone, dont' talk to strange girls on the stret or accept any invitation for drink from any girls (normally 2 of them) or you will bankrupt from 2 cups of coffee only :) |
