Im looking to go to Italy but where should i go to get the most typical experience of Italian culture? |
Travel Info I want to go for about a week, not somewhere to expensive but don't mind where i stay. Im going with friends and we just want a real life experience of somewhere typically Italian like a village or small town.. Others my family and i went to rome not to long ago and it was off the hook man we saw a lot of cool ****. but if you want to truly experience italian culture head to sicily and spend some qt in a badass village like the one from the godfather. thats an experience. so if you want the tourist exp head to rome but that will tax your pockets but if you want a real italian exp go to sicily. good trips The best experience I have had of Italian family life and culture was travelling on a train down the entire east coast for a day. You will see amazing details of Italian life, the most funny is when they call each other on the mobile phone when they are sat only three seats away from each other, They all take their families, pets and lunches on the train and it is absorbing watching them play out their lives on the way to their summer destination. Travel by train and just stop off whenever you feel like it - prepared to be amazed see naples and die. look it up on website flickr. |
