Question about Schengen Visa?

I have a valid Schengen Visa. I got it at the French Consulate because I am going to a backpacking tour and will visit France as my first destination. However, my plan is changed recently and I will enter Spain first. Is my visa still valid in this situation? If not, what do I need to do in this case? Thank you...

i think so...normally they write 1 entry + 1 transit for the turist visa...in case you don't flight directly to france, in this case.
Once you're in the "schengen territory", as you may know, there are no borders so there's no problem.

According to the official web site of the German Foreign Office a Schengen-Visa SHOULD be issue by the country which is your main destination; but it doesn't matter where you will enter or leave the Schengen-Area. It's almost like a single country for travelling, and nobody will keep an eye on your schedule / plans.
