Do you tip European barbers?

My first time in Europe, Paris specifically, and I was hoping someone who's spent a decent amount of time here could tell me.

Usually not, but if you want to, there is no law against it.
If he/she does a good job, maybe 2 to 3 Euros will do it. But don't tip the owner of the salon.
Others
The only people I ever tip when I go back home to Europe are taxi drivers and hairdressers.
Dang! I has heard o' tippin' cows but no ain't ever heard of tipping Barbers. Isn't Tipping a city in China as well?
