Signed permission by both parents (or who ever has parental rights, along with eventual copies of documents stating this fact) that you are allowed to take your granddaughter with you. Especially important If you do not have the same last name as her! Translations are not needed, btw.

well you'll need your passport which is the most important any other identification that you have your airplane ticket (if traveling with airplane) i'm from europe and europe is very pretty you've made some excellent trave choices
