Summer is the best time to visit Ukraine. The weather is nice, fruits and vegetables just delicious. The traditinal food is great. Many people say this. Try varenyky (cooked dough pockets) filled with cherries, cottage cheese,blueberries and .... or try Ukrainian traditional soup called Borshch. If you have already tried it made by another nation I would advise you to try it in Ukraine as it originated from there; they have more than 40 varieties of borshch. The capital in the summer is beautiful with lots over the summer. Have fun!
