I have AT&T and their rates are not so great, but you don't have to do anything to use it. While you are in Europe it is worth buying another GSM card for your phone to call around Europe. To call back to the U.S I normally buy a calling card when I get there and use my new GSM chip in my phone so its really cheap. If there is one person in particular you will be calling, just get them to set up a skype Europian number so it will be pretty much free for you to call. |
