Want to have fun in europe...HELP!?

Travel Info
I am going to Germany to visit my boyfriend who is in the Army. We plan on going to Paris and Rome, do you know of any really romantic or great places to visit...I want to visit somewhere on the coast in Italy or something. I really appreciate any help!

Travel Tips
Berlin.I expected concrete.I was wrong. The city is beyond description(without rambling on!).Berlin is surrounded by lakes, has more trees and parks than Paris and has more water than Amsterdam. If you like beautiful architecture,go to 'Florence',Italy.Or Prague...
Others
go to spain
Spain is farther south..she said Paris and Rome. You need to stop by Cinque Terre and San Gimigniano (sp?) on the west coast of Italy, north of Rome.
As someone mentioned above, go to Cinque Terre.
This is the Italian alternative to the French Riviera. It's remote, traffic-free and consists of 5 picturesque villages, of which the most beautiful is Vernazza.

Here's a picture:

How to get there:
Take the rail from Rome to Vernazza. It will take about 5 hours to get there.
