Is it really cold in Greenland and warm in Iceland?

Travel Tips
yeah becasue someone who discovered it wanted to keep Iceland all to himself becasue it was all nice and green so he gave it a name that made it sound bad,... and the same thing with the greenland -- he thought people would move there and forget about icelandIt's not warm in Iceland, but it's definitely warmer than Greenland, which is almost completely covered in glacier

Iceland has plenty of green areas, and some glacier in the center
I've been to Iceland
no they are both very cold....but they have summer like everyone else , just not very warm.

that old tale about greenland being ice and iceland being green is not true.
i know many people from both places.
Greenland is situated closer to the North pole.........thus it's always covered in ice......Iceland is a cold country to..........but comparatively warmer then Greenland
