I going to London next week from USA, whats the best way to go to Paris on a day trip? |
Travel Info I have heard you can take a train it takes 2 hours to get to Paris is this true? Travel Tips eurostar is great for something like this. The cheap tickets, in the summer are usually sold out by now, but have a go booking online here www.eurostar.com It leaves from waterloo station in central london, arrives in gare du nord, central paris. For a day trip, i wouldn't mess about with cheap flights. The cheapest ones leave from stanstead and luton, both an hour out of london, you will be so exhausted with all your travelling you will have no energy to wander around paris. Others walk, its cheaper, cleaner and good for your health. Yes by eurostar. Advantage it will get you to the >Gare du Nord in central Paris. Check out the Cheapo flights but make sure these go to Roissy CDG or Orly, as Beauvais is too far away. Bon voyage sounds about right but can't say 100%. why do you want to go to Paris? it's a dump. Stay in London. (if you go to Paris you'd probably wish you could spend more than a day there so you might be better waiting and going another time for longer. eg a weekend) euro star train from London direct to Paris the best way would be from a local airport using light aircraft.try Shoreham municiple airport for any cheap flights Yes this is true, however it is a bit expensive. The exchange rate in the UK is nearly $2 for every 拢 but Paris is worth it. It takes you through the Channel Tunnel and back again and is the best way to get to and from Paris in such a short time. The next best method is to check out the low cost airlines but be careful which airport they land at, some land a good 2 hours away from Paris. |
