Travel Tips Best thing is to get a car and go and explore .If you are under 25 however most reputable car hire places wont let you have one!If you walk round the harbour area you will find loads of places offering different days out,some quite reasonable.There is also a very cheap bus service that takes you to Coral Bay,Polis etc,all lovely places to visit.If you can get to Latchi(by bus) there is a lovely boat trip with bbq on board for cy拢14 each which is marvellous.The boat is called The Koulla and it's great. Others we were there last year as a family. it was very expensive for eating out. it was during the Euro soccer and sometimes got a little crowded. As a family we did not go to discos or clubs and I did not see many as we were on the outskirts. The water park which was beside us was very good as was carting which the children enjoyed. Trips away to other areas were expensive as two of our children are considered to be adults(over 12 years). Overall a nice area with mostly friendly people but rather expensive for a family of five. |
