Where can I talk to Swedish people?

i love sweden and was wondering if i could talk to some swedish people through email or w/e

Stockholm? That's in Sweden. Probably FULL of Swedish people.

SO - now you need to find a way to contact them. Why not try MySpace? There's a Swedish home page, see the link below, although you might struggle with the language. The Swedish themselves speak very good English, generally, so once you've actually made contact with someone then you shouldn't have any problems.

As an alternative, you could get in touch with your own country's Embassy there and ask if they have any useful contacts. Or you may be able to find something out through a university near you if they have a European languages school.
