For Europeans, or those who've been to Europe, I need advice for my trip...(see details)? |
Travel Info I really hope I can pull this off but what I'm hoping to do is spend 2 weeks each in the bigger countries: England, France, Italy, Scotland, then one week each in Ireland (since I've been there), Greece, Netherlands, Switzerland. Is this realistic? Travel Tips How fun,i wish i could come along.Of course you can do that, sometimes one wish one could stay even longer.Anyhow,if you are flying i understand you are making your dates, but have you considered train. Some of the countries are so close, and train is a breeze and great prices also.Island hopping in Greece, great.Have a super duper time.Buy Samsonite's backpack, its small and handy and have its zipper on the under side, you have to take it off to open it,so no pickpocketers can get to it.I bought mine in Europe, have not seen it here.I hope the dollar value goes up,its very low right now.Cheerio Others It's not realistic at all, how the hell can you afford this two weeks in each country...of course thats realistic.....some tours only pass through cities in a day...2 weeks is a dream Take lots of money. If money is no object, of course you can! Your feet might get sore, so wear cushy shoes. I'd suggest not 2 weeks in Scotland (unless u meant all of UK)and spend a little more in Greece and Spain and Portugal. With all that time I'd also go to Croatia and Turkey. You're skipping Germany and Belgium?? Yeah its realistic. I hope u konw the cost. am european but dont live there...goes there alot |
