Albanian women, why!!!? |
Travel Info hi ppl, i just wanted to ask peoples opinions, i have been to albania 3 times now and instantly couldnt help but notice the way the women are treated, not just the women but girls from a very very young age, i got there to my brother in laws familys house and instantly a girl of about 15 came up to me to take my trainers and wash them with her bare hands, even thoughh it was about -3 outside, they are made to serve constantly to the men, not allowed to smile, or very rarely do! they r hit shouted at i could go on for ages but i dont have the room here!! they hardly ever seem to rest, and i noticed how my brother in laws attitude changed when he gt there too! he gt more agressive and moody, thease albanians have SERIOUS issues and something needs to be done to stop thease poor women gettin treated like ****!! and the annoying thing is thease women dnt actually know any different they dnt know whats been done to them is wrong! so its mental abuse aswell, any opinions on this matter pls? Travel Tips That's why Albania is called the black hole of Europe. It's a country with a social (and economical, etc.) level that equals the Dark Ages. Of course it also has to do with religion, cause they're Muslim and Islam is not world famous for gender equality. I also pity these girls and women, but as you said, they don't even know any other option. This state of affairs is also the result of the country's long isolation. Excuse me in advance for writing this, but: Do you do your own laundry, OR DOES YOUR MOTHER STILL DO THEM !?! How DARE you compare YOUR lazy society to one that takes HONOR in welcoming their guests !?! While you locked yourself up in your room reading comic books whenever you had visitors as a child, ALBANIAN BOYS WOULD GREET THEIR GUESTS IN A MATURE MANNER !!!
