They certainly look white to me. Or at least they don't look like they're not-white.
Croatians are part of the Eastern European group of Eurasian peoples and therefore they are of course "white." Why do you need to know this, and out of interest have you met someone from any of the countries that make up the former Yugoslavia as they are all white?
