Contiki (Europe/London), money - Cash, credit card or travelleres cheque??

Travel Info
Okay, I need some urgent help. I leave for the UK and Europe for a month most of which is on a Contiki Tour and a few days independant before and after in London. Just not sure if we should take just cash, credit cards or travellers cheques.....

Your experience aswell as advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

Travel Tips
Bring a Debit card, cash is risky if stolen there is no security. Traveler's checks have only been a pain you have to find a bank to get the money. ATMs are everywhere and most are universal. Just check to make sure your bank company does overseas. Source(s): Two trips abroad, People to People Student Ambassadors, and school trip.
