My bank is going to charge 1 and a half percent to give me traveler's checks. If I go to the airport to change my USD to Euros, how much will they charge me? Hoe much do banks in Paris charge for changing traveler's checks?

It best u "monitor" the currency days before u leave,when it reaches a good exchange point,then change ur usd.Coz sometimes airport takes a lil more than if u change somewhere else. I personally prefer cash than traveller's cheque coz for one, i hate running outta money & need to run around looking to change it.Also, if ure not changing in a huge sum, the lil difference wudnt make much of a difference.Not too sure how much the banks in Paris wud charge for a travellers cheque but always good to carry cash juz need to be xtra careful.Good Luck & Cheers! |
