The best place I found was 'Lofoten' - http://www.lofotenfiskerestaurant.com/de... - it's expensive, but if you like fish it's definitely worth it - best tuna I've ever had!
Here u go, a few lists of restaurants that serves local food.Well, Babette's Gjestehus is great.Menu items are authentic as well, with such time-tested favorites as filets of reindeer (not Santa's) with lingonberries, steamed brill with mustard sauce and stewed tomatoes, breast of pheasant with mushroom sauce, and pan-fried breast of duck with creamed cabbage..yummy yummy..LoL..Check mor eon the links below.Good Luck & have fun! :) Cheers!
