An "ostehovel", Norwegian-designed cheese slicer. Get one with ridges on the slicing blade; you'll be kicking yourself every time you, em, cut cheese... if you don't get the kind with the ridges. (I speak from experience!).

Actually, it depends on what u like, u can find a lot in a giftshop,they are famous for those knitted sweaters.But if u ask me, best u go into those giftshops that sell souvenirs, and take ur pick.Best pick something that "shows" Norway the way u have experienced it.What wud describe it the most.Coz some things u can get similiar things in ur own country, so pick something that "reflects" Norway, thats different.Hope it helps.Good Luck!
