Canadian getting a Ukrainian Passport/Citizenship?

I am a second generation Ukrainian (ie: my grandfather came over from Ukraine.) and was born/live in Canada. I was just wondering if there is anyway for me to apply for a Ukrainian passport/citizenship if he still has his papers. If so, how would I generally go about getting it?

I also believe he has Canadian citizenship; although I am not sure if that would make a difference鈥?br />
So if anyone has any information regarding this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks^-^
