What's the cheapest airport to fly into in Europe? |
Travel Info I am taking a trip to Athens in June, but flights to Athens from the US are really expensive. Is there another city I should fly into, and then get cheap tickets from there to Athens on RyanAir or some other regional airline? Travel Tips If you can get to a city that aerlingus flies to ( NYC, boston, washington, dallas, seattle, chigago, st louis, LA, san fran, san diego, denver ).. you can use ryanair from there. Either dublin or shannon. Though you may have to take 2 hops to get to greece. Aerlingus is definitely cheapest way into europe. Just book ahead and you can get ryanair seats pretty cheap. I flew from ireland to spain for 5 cents and tax last winter, he he! Aer lingus has some decent prices across europe too, check them out as well. Others yes, shannon ireland!! and then take ryanair... Dublin, and London U can always check with ur favorite airline companies if they have any offers to fly to europe. From there, u can fly within europe wid budget flights such as ryan air or easyjet.Since there is numerous flights to London, perhaps u can head there instead. From london u can definately catch easyjet to anywhere u wanna go.Or u can contact a travel agent to get u a few quotes on flights.Try yahoo farechase to get more choices.U can check for budget airlines on the links below.Hope it helps.Cheers! :) http://farechase.yahoo.com/;_ylc=x3odmtf... www.ryanair.com www.easyjet.com www.finnair.com Since you didn't mention your boarding point in the US, it is difficult to give you a short list of airports that you can try.
