Travel Info What is the name of the border that seperates Europe and Asia? Travel Tips My guess would be the Ural Mountains in Russia. Others It is basically either the Ural Mts or the Iron Curtain There is no official "border" between Europe and Asia!! The land mass is one immense geographic entity. Politically there are, of course, artificial boundaries. The Ural Mountains, the Bosphourus can, perhaps , can be considered boundaries -- but as to a name --- is there really a need? The Ural Mountains would be considered the "boundary" between Europe and Asia. Hmm if you're asking the strait, it's Bosphorus strait and it separates Europe and Asia, which makes Turkey a Euroasian country. |
