What's a good European city to have a stag weekend in?

Hi,

I'm organising a stagger for 20 people in August, and looking for somewhere good to go for it. The criteria is:


1 - You can fly there from Glasgow or London via a budget airline, eg Easyjet.

2 - Warm weather.

3 - Lots of things to see and do during the day.

4 - Somewhere with good bars and nightclubs with reasonably priced drinks (around the same price as the UK would suit), and a lively nightlife suitable for a bunch of lairy guys.

5 - Somewhere where we'll be safe and won't get caught out with something like the Riga scam (ie, PR on the street invites you into their bar with an offer of your first round of drinks free, barmaid pours them, then after you drink them she says the drinks cost a fiver each and you now have a 拢200 bill and a bunch of mean looking bouncers ready to pummel you if you don't pay).

6 - Not Prague or Amsterdam.

BTW, there is a reason why Prague, Amsterdam and Riga are popular for stag nights. If you don't want these cities, you are stuck with Berlin, Bratislava or Krakow.

Also, what you call the "Riga scam" isn't unque to Riga, but has been done all over (Eastern) Europe.

go to Romania ;) Bucharest
Belgrade, Serbia, as "Mecca" of party/night life in SE Europe suits all your criteria, it's much cheaper than UK, although I am not sure do you suit it's criteria as bunch of crazy drunk guys
