What are problems with france?

I really want to go there but i need to learn to speak french first but i was wondering what are the problems there? like what types of natural disaters do they have there? and things like that? i know i should go there b4 i say this but i would love to live there when im older

Don't worry about natural disasters! The only disaster is our next president!
In summer some area suffer from draught. And in south of France (Provence), summer rhymes with forest fires. Sometimes we have some flood. But don't worry, it's not important and doesn't not allow people to live!
We're lucky not to have huge disasters like hurricanes, twisters, volcanoes, earthquakes...
Learning french should be a good idea. Unfortunately, french people don't speak english very well.
I think that's all for the problems in France. And don't worry about the riots you may have seen on tv. It was very located, especially in some areas in Paris suburbs. You needn't worry about natural disasters.

The principle problems are economic. Unemployment is high and the economy is moribund.

There is also the problem of a large and disaffected North African Muslim population.
Don't worry about natural disasters! As far as the language problem goes - you'd be fine in large cities not knowing any French. However, the charm of France is in its countryside, so you might want to take French course.
There is no big natural disasters in France. But it's more na more hot here.
There used to happen a flood in the east, around Lyon, but not for a while now.
I had the same questions before I moved to France from the US when I was 24. I didn't speak any French but was able to learn it after about six months in the country. I had a French girlfriend and that is without a doubt the best way to move over there and learn the language. If you don't have that as an option then you should learn as much French as possible before going over. The food is different, it is some of the best in the world but it take some getting used to by us Americans. Natural disasters are very rare by American standards, most just floods but still very rare. My main problems were getting used to the limited store hours, they close early and are not open much on the weekends and sports. If i wanted to follow my favorite football or basketball team I had to stay up until 3 am to watch the games. Despite these small issues it was completely worth it. I had some of the best times of my life and learned so many things about the world and life.
