Travel Info Can I drink the tap water in France (paris, reims)? Travel Tips Holy God, of course you can't! It's non healthy! And you know, that is why we only drink wine. In Reims, there's no tap water but Champagne coming to your bathroom. In south of France, where I live, it's Pastis. I should tell you that we don't have what you call hot water. But some politicians want to build a big purification station in the center of the country to allow people, at least, to wash their hands safely. Source(s): Who the h*** you think we are? Of course you can drink tap water in France, and in Europe. We are not uncivilized! Other Travel Tips Sure! maybe the flavour is not like mineral water, but the tap water in Europe is absolutely safe silly question.have you been outside of your house or is it the first time you use this/ TROP DROLE BRUMMY No you can't, as he said, because it is polluted. In my region we wash with wine, for instance. yes you can, no worries, its even cleaner than in London apparantly. most french people buy bottled water but not because you have to. of course you can!!!! (I' French and there is no problem to drink it! and i used to live live in Reims too! what a coincidence ;) |
