There are some funny campsites in Saint-Aygulf (city of Frejus, 60 kilometres far from Nice), located near the sea and having various activities in a friendly and international atmosphere. http://www.tourisme.fr/tourist-office/sa... There are a lot of Belgian, Dutch, German and Eastern Europe tourists who can speak English. They go there two or three weeks to evacuate the stress of a long year of labour. It might be exotic for you to see these people wearing just a short pan, drinking beer and doing picnic in front of their tent but it is an aspect of the European popular culture and it is a pure fun! |
