You mean phoning, don't you ?...

The code is 33.

If you call a number in any region of France, for example:

01 42 42 10 10

You have to dial this way :

33 1 42 42 10 10

If it's a celular phone, you do the same, putting the 33 instead of the 0.
For example : calling 06 50 50 50 50, you have to dial 33 6 50 50 50 50.

And when you call the same number FROM France, you just compose the normal number.

I suppose, from UK, you also have to dial the exit number ( in general, it's the 00 )
