Put lots of thin, big shanked men on thin bicycles, send in in summer through some very painful areas (mountains, pavement, hot areas...)
Add in a dollop of scandal, a quick swerve into foreign countries, more than you want to know about regimen and shaved legs (as well as how to cheat the tests). Suffering, scandals, crashes, escapes, crowds wildly applauding, infighting in teams, scandals... did I mention scandals?
End up with an ugly yellow t-shirt they all yearn for (gold weaved into it, maybe?).

Men, I'm french. In my opinion, too much scandals have blasted. Now, no matter the winner, we unfortunately have to think that he took some "help"...
