Of course it was the Candians and yes there is a small museum devoted to the Dieppe raid.

It is in le Petit-Th茅芒tre de Dieppe, place Camille Saint-Sa毛ns.

Sure to be. They name the streets after the date of the raid and Rue des Americains. Must be the only place in Europe where yanks are still popular. Google 'Mus茅es de la Guerre a Dieppe.'
