Travel Tips
Where on the Rhine is it? Wagner or Wagener is a really common name and most of the villages have a hotel by that name. If you contact the Koblenz tourist board they should be able to help you. There is a really nice hotel called the Wagner in the village of Kamp - Bornhoffen (if you look at a map it's on the other side of the river practically opposite Boppard.) The man that runs it is called Andreas Wagner. The hotel is away from the water front, which is good as it's also away from the railway. It's up hill and there's not a great deal of parking but the people are lovely and speak good English. Hope that helps.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but it's all I could find: http://www.rheinhotel-wagner.de/...

PS: Looks like a nice hotel.
