If Germany administered the census like the US, what percentage of people in Germany would be considered? |
Travel Info white/caucasian? Just curious :P Travel Tips I would guess there would be roughly 70% Caucasian/white. Germany does have a fairly large population of Turkish people. The number of blacks/Hispanics is very low. There is also a large number of Polish, Hungarian, and other former eastern block country people here but they would fall into the Caucasian/white category. Others The Turks and nearly all other minorities in Germany are also caucasian. The biggest non-caucasian minority would be the Vietnamese with 0.1% of the population, so I'd say Germany would be about 99% caucasian if a US-standard census would be introduced. With consideration giving to German history the present government takes strides to be free of racism and does not count people by there race.
