Travel Tips
Schoen Castle in Obervessel. I stayed there. Private bath room. Good food. Can eat on an outdoor veranda that has an unbelievable view of the countryside.

Expensive, but a nice experience. Accepts major credit cards.

Don't believe them when they say it is a 15 min. walk from the town. It is straight up. Take a Taxi. Source(s): Been There

Other Travel Tips
Veste Oberhaus hostel in Passau. (Beautiful city, btw.)

Build castle in Air and live it .where ever...when ever...for how much time ever u want to....

but pay me after that for such a wonderful idea
There's potentially several and unfortunately I don't know.

But if you contact the official German National Tourism Bureau by looking at their website via this links they will help you. Send them an email also - they are very helpful:

I noticed these sites have a lot of mentions of "castles" and also have English translations. You may be able to research your options above in conjunction with these locations which are close to many magnicent castles [ amongst many]:

Here's some example links:

Bavarian Alps:
"All rooms are have bavarian baroque, founded in 1492. King Ludwig II stayed here on his travel to his castles "Newschwanstein", "Linderhof" and "Schachen".
