This is also where the aforementioned reeperbahn is located, and home to FC St. Pauli. Others yes get someone with local knowledge, and enjoy, can't elaborate too many kids on this site!! Go to the Reeperbahn and then look for Grosse Freiheit. The Dollhouse should be fun at the Reeperbahn! You are going to Hamburg for your Stag? Your fiancee must be really tolerant...congratulations!
