That's rude colloquial german; first the "polite" version:
Hey, listen, I don't care at all if she's mexican or american or "wel?" (that's not a german word - probably something's missing) or black.

I only understand the last bit. Something like

"I don't care if she's is mexican or american or what?....... or black

Does that make any sense to you?
That would be:

Hey, listen up! It bothers me a lot (loosely translated). It doesn't matter to me if she is Mexican, American, something else, or black...
"Hey listen, i don't give a sh...t ,,,,,,,i don't care if she is mexican or american or we (that word don't exist ) or black is.

I think the mystery word might be weiss meaning white- it could be spelled with an esett, a special character meaning double ss and the computer might not have picked up, like it didn't for scheissdreck.
