This is a kind of adult education program, offering all sorts of things from dance classes, language classes, cooking, photography, etc. Goethe institute, Berlitz or inlingua language schools. I agree with the folks suggesting the Goethe Institut. I have studied with them in Berlin and Bonn and also in Washington, DC. Their whole aim is to teach foreign adults and young adults German, and they are very good at it. Plus the classes include a Kulturprogramm which allows for learning about the culture of the country.
