If German women are so open-minded about sex, why do they have so many FKK ads?

My friend tells me that 'FKK' means: Freik枚rperkultur. Is this just nude sunbathing, or does it mean 'sex for money' there?

It's both actually.Originally, the term was used to describe nudist camps at the beach, but brothels have started to name themselves "FKK-clubs".Rule of thumb : If it's nowhere near a beach or a big lake (in the middle of Frankfurt, for example) it's a brothel.
Others
It's a clothes-free lifestyle option, nothing to do with prostitution.
