How to adapt suddenly to hot temperatures in my home country?

Travel Info
next month, iam travelling back to my home country, but iam really worried about the heat there. i won't be able to bear it once iam out of the airport ithink. what precautions fo i need to take.

Travel Tips
Put on sunglasses because the sun is so bright. Next, stay out of the midday heat, make a siesta like the spanish do, from 12 to 15.00 or 16.00. Don麓t over exert yourself, do like the countrymen do it, slowly, and then you don麓t get into a sweat.
Remember to drink lots, tea, juices. Wear light cotton clothing. Why am I telling you all this? Have you forgotten it all ?
Others
you cant expect your body to adapt to anything fast. It wont happen...just wear a lot of sun screen and try to stay in the shade I guess.
oh, lemme see....
i think it's just a matter of getting used to or a mental readiness of what others may call adjustment to the new environment.
think cool! it may help.

:)
light weight clothing - hand held fan and there is a cool spray
on market - try your supermarket - and ps don't be such a wimp
