From where I can get my birth certificate, I born in kalagarh, UP and now it is in Uttaranchal?

Can anyone tell me whole process how can i get my birth certificate and how much time it will take, and how much it will cost.

Check with the hospital that you were born in which ward ( as in area ) it fell in, in the year that you were born.
However if you were not born in a hospital and your birth is not registered and if you are above 14 yrs then it will be a problematic getting a BC. You'll then have approach a City Magistrate.
