Can I take a scooter through the port at Hollyhead to get to London?

Travel Info
I need to bring my scooter to England from Ireland. What's the best way?

Travel Tips
I agree with the above,
by the time you factor in the cost of the scooter on the boat: www.irishferries.com or www.stenaline.co.uk, petrol, and time driving from north wales to london I'd imagine a shipping/courier firm would be cheaper and much quicker.

if you try to find a local firm wherever your bike is in Ireland they might let you know if they're planning a trip to London anyway and allow you to share the costs.

I would think get someone to ship you scooter over for you. It's a 300 mile drive from Holyhead to London - which doesn't seem smart on a scooter
Put a few ads in a local paper and surely someone will be travelling in a half empty van which you could put the scooter on.
Split the costs
