Does anyone know what SECTION 47 is in relation to moving home from co.Tyrone to co.Donegal?

Section 47 was introduced by Donegal council and if anyone knows what it is could they please tell me.

I think it is to prove that you are actually going to be living in the house and not buying it for rental purposes.

not too sure have heard of it,go to your local county council website,it may have info about it there say like under housing..
