In colombia: why are people from bogota called "rollos"?

Cowboy probably doesn't know many Colombians or has make some bad choices. The colombians I know are very honest, freindly, hard working and very proud and determined to make a good impression. I'm going back to Bogota this week. Haven't heard the term "Rollos" before. I'll send an email to some freinds there and see what it means.

All colombians i've known are theives and liars. The women are stuckup golddiggers and the men are crooks with no morals.
