What kind of similarities and differences are between Bogota DC and Mexico DF?

for example arquitecture, food, people (races,customs) and more
and what city do you like more?

I have been to both and would prefer to be in Bogota. People are less arrogant and the city is not as slummy as DF.
I would also be more cautious of food in Mexico than Columbia because of hygiene considerations.
Bogota is a relatively clean city as opposed to trash littered Mexico DF.
Additionally the crime rate in DF is much higher than Bogota and the police are more corrupt in DF. . .technically speaking, DF is a dangerous city.
