I'm going to San Andres Island, Colombia on Spring Break. Is it a nice place to stay? What can I do there? |
Travel Info I'm staying at a Decameron hotel, but I've been told it's a slow-atmosphere island. What can I do for fun besides diving? Travel Tips San Andres has some of the most beautiful white, sandy beaches you'll have seen and the ocean is full of different colors. You can make out of your staying whatever you want. If you just want to relax, you can go to the beach, or go windsurfing, scuba diving, para-sailing etc. You can go shopping (it's a duty free area), rent a moped and drive around the island etc. If you want night life, there's plenty of that. You'll be on spring break at the same time as many other guys from North, Central and South America, so it will turn wild . Here are some links that might be helpful... Other Travel Tips San Andres Island in Spring Break and you're worried about what to do? It's Spring Break there too. Party Down! Recuperate during the day and party all night. Do you meringue? If not, take some quick lessons. Enjoy - wish I could go too PS The diving is okay, too. San Andres is 1,000 miles due south of Miami. All of the islands in the Caribbean are slow paced. It is a beautiful island with clean beaches, clear water and a lot of seafood. They do have night life and salsa dancing. Bring a lot of sun block, it is expensive there. You will have a great time. |
