Best place to buy real estate property?

In the past 3 years i have bought 4 properties, 2 in Nicaragua, 1 in Costa Rica, and 1 in Colombia. I have re-sold them and made almost more than half of what i paid, the properties in Nicaragua sold fast one was beach front in San Juan del Sur, the other in Granada which is a nice colonial city. The one in Costa Rica was amazing, in Guanacaste. The one in Colombia took over a year to sell but it sold for about 30% more than what i bought it for.

So my question is where should i buy more real estate? What country, and maybe a city do you recommend, and do you have any experiences there? I'm mainly looking to buy in Central and South America.

Nicaragua has the best oportunity if you want to develop.

The rest is based on commodities and politics.

The most undervalued is obviously Venezuela for political & currency reasons - Huge Risk - ???? Reward............

Colombia seems to be strong economically and commoditywise. Good Chance to make small profity there, no chance for a big profit or loss.

Costa Rica - Wat overvalued - Bubble bursts with US

Nicaragua real cheap but you must develop as well

Mexico - Normal, no chance to gain

Brazil - Currency too strong - you'll lose

Same with Argentina

Chile - Same

Uruguay - Possible good buy for sales to Argentinians

I think the bestest place to buy a real estate property is in Miami, it will be costly but it will be worthy.

Right now there's a real estate boom going on in Panama. There are different opportunities available for real estate investment. Last year at the National Association of Realtors Panama took center stage on the Central American investment agenda, even more than Costa Rica. Donald Trump is having his one of his towers being built in Panama, so you can use that as a reference.

There are a lot of resources on the net about this, so go ahead and make your research on it. You won't be dissapointed.
