Buy land in belize is that a good investment?

Foreigners are coming to Belize and inflating the prices of real estate to the point that many local Belizeans can no longer afford to buy good land in their own country. It's happened in many countries, and now it's happening to Belize.

Before you decide on buying a peice of property, I would recommend 2 things: First get to know Belize. Spend some time there and get to know the place. Second, make an informed decision on your own. So learn as much as you can about real estate in Belize.
