What would you like to have in a house that you rent.? |
Travel Info What would you like to have in a house that you rent.? Travel Tips a bed and tv! Others Walls, a roof and a clean toilet. I am easily pleased. a sweet landlady?? A dishwasher, washer, dryer, lots of closets, a swimming pool, bedrooms upstairs, big kitchen with lots of cabinets and a dining room. At least a bath and half. Oh yes,and a garage. Location, location, location. I want it to be downtown, near public transportation, easy walking distance from amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. etc. If its a house, I want parking for a car. If its an apartment, and the walking distance thing is taken care of, then I don't need a car. Inside the house I like hardwood floors, a full kitchen with GAS cooking, gas heat, air conditioning if its a really warm climate. I like lots of windows, and I really like skylights. I like to be able to paint the walls what colors I like. I don't want it to be cramped, but I don't want too much space either because then I have to clean it all the damn time. I like stairs (and two stories), for some reason, though most people don't. a dish washer -mines about to give out(me) george clooney!!! |
