Travel Tips You Can Find Rain-forests in Mexico, around the Yucatan Peninsula, also in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, French Guiana, Suriname, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, Bolivia, Argentina, all this countries have rain-forests, you should try la Mosquitia in Honduras, or Costa Rica, The amazon is a good bet. Others Brazil In Colombia and Brazil you will find Tropical Rainforests. In Mexico, I don't know of any rain forests, Guatemala however, has awesome tropical rainforests, also some of the greatest Mayan Archeology you'll ever find. there's a part of GUatemala, called Peten where most of the rainforest is. Costa Rica has some rain forests but if you go, they'll only let you in to tourist rainsforests. In south America, Brazil, Ecouador, Colombia, Peru, all have part of the Amazonia, the Rainforest surrounding the Amazonas River. Hope you can choose, though, I'd go for Guatemala, since that's where I'm from. hahaha ;-) In Mexico there's a little bit near to Puerto Vallarta, also the Yucatan Penninsula and the forest of the state of Chiapas. South Ameica is a continent below North America. Mexico is a part of North America. But, as a Spanish or Latin colony, its a part of Central and as well as Latin America. Tropical rainforests can be found all the way from Mexico through Paraguay in South America. Much of Central and South America are home to the rainforests. Amazon rainforest is a part of South America that stretch from Venezuela till Paraguay. |
