Advice about Belieze. Anyone been there? |
Travel Info Or any central American country. I'm going there the first week in June and was wondering what types of things would be good to know. Also, I won't be going to a resort, its a missions trip. Travel Tips Belize has the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world and visiting the various cays is an awesome experience. It's as nice as anywhere in the world as far as I'm concerned and I hope to go back someday. On the mainland is another story. While there are some quaint and interesting spots, the people are very poor and there is alot of crime. Others I went on a cruise that stopped in Belize. We went on an excursion through the jungle and caves.We also visited the National Park and a natural spring called the blue pool. It was so beautiful. The country is very poor and the people drive crazy!! |
