Patagonia, Ushuaia, very cold, it snows so the temperature is below 32, great for winter sports, many ski resorts in Bariloche, Mendoza.

yes is kinda cold
not cold as in washington or NY cause we dont have snow in buenos aires but in mendoza on july and august you can practice snowboard or something like that also in patagonia
