Does anyone have the English translation to the spanish word Granaia?

The correct spelling of the fruit is GRANADA - the same as
the city in Spain.
Perhaps you are referring to a "granada", which is a pomegranate. In the Caribbean dialects of Spanish, the "d" sound in "-ada" and "-ado" endings of words is often omitted.
